Fine Dining in Paris’ 8th Arrondissement
Guests at La Trémoille dine at the luxury hotel’s restaurant, Le Louis2. Featuring innovative cuisine from Chef Fabrice Debois served in a 1930s-inspired dining room with private alcoves separated by chainmail curtains, Le Louis2 is an elegant and discrete setting for lunch or dinner. The restaurant also can provide private rooms for meetings or business lunches.
Le Louis2’s menu features seasonal produce and ingredients transformed into modern dishes reminiscent of classic French gastronomy. Dishes may include Provençale-style beef stew, lamb shank with white Tarbais beans, and monkfish with ratatouille. The restaurant also serves a wide selection of fine French wines and Champagnes.
Guests at La Trémoille enjoy either buffet or à la carte breakfasts of fresh pastries, fruit, eggs, meat, smoked salmon, and cheese in the restaurant from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. Monday through Friday, and until noon on weekends. The intimate bar at La Trémoille serves a range of cocktails, fine wine, and snacks throughout the day.
