Executive Chef Brian Scheehser combines modern cooking techniques with a rustic and robust cooking style to create a simple, fresh menu at this Kirkland restaurant. The ingredients used are from small artisan farmers and ranchers in the Seattle area, as well as from the chef’s personal 10-acre farm in Woodinville.
The wine list enhances the cuisines at the restaurant with a delightful selection of over 200 wines representing the top wineries from Washington, Oregon, and California, along with international favorites.
